Uccello Designs is founded on innovative ideas that combine function and aesthetic.

Inventor, Andy De Petra, was inspired by the lack of options available for people living with physical disablements and developed a kettle that could be used without lifting. What started as a simple idea soon became a larger project that gained interest from around the world.

The ergonomically designed all in one kettle and tipper provides greater independence for people with restricted strength and mobility, improving their quality of life by contributing to their overall emotional and physical well-being.

Uccello frequently works with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and other health professionals to enhance the lives of those living with disabilities. We like to maintain a philosophy of giving back to the community and make regular contributions to organisations requiring assistive living products.

The industry has been very supportive of us in return, and we have formed many valuable affiliations with Independent Living Centres and other national associations as a result. In 2015 we were a proud corporate sponsor of the Cancer Council WA’s Biggest Morning Tea and look forward to continuing our relationship with them.

Uccello Designs have been recognised and endorsed by the Commonwealth Government as a supplier to the health sectors including Polio WA, MS Society WA, Arthritis WA as well as pharmacies, aged care facilities and lifestyle villages.

The Uccello Kettle’s innovative design has been globally recognised. We currently have stockists located across Australia, New Zealand, United Kingdom and Ireland.

One of the goals at Uccello Designs is to help people regain their independence by making our Kettle available to people across the globe.
